Francesco Maggi - Senior Investment Manager

Francesco joined Foresight in 2015, with seven years at an international law firm where he advised leading financial institutions and companies in corporate finance, asset finance, shipping finance, real estate finance, project finance, PPP, leasing, securitization and bonds issuance transactions. In particular, Francesco is specialised in negotiating and drafting agreements for EPC, O&M and financing/refinancing of various renewable energies projects and in negotiating and drafting agreements and documents for the issuance, placement, listing and trading of financial instruments on the relevant Stock Exchange. Admitted to the Italian Bar association in 2012, Francesco is fluent in English as well as Italian and he is based in Foresight's Italian office.
